Tom Williams, Founder of STAND
Facilitated conversations & Mediation are structured discussions led by by two facilitators/mediators that help guide the participants through the conversation. This means everyone gets undivided attention, and nothing slips through the gaps.
The goal is to create a safe space for honest, open communication so that there is some mutual understanding and that any decisions that are made are desirable and acceptable to all involved.

Testimonials
"Reena and Jen’s mediation sessions were invaluable during a sensitive period for our team. Their empathetic approach eased tensions and paved the way for constructive dialogue, helping us to navigate through our challenges with grace and understanding"
Tom Williams, Founder of STAND
“We recently had the privilege of participating in a series of mediation sessions led by Reena and Jen, which proved to be immensely beneficial for our team. We managed to explore sensitive topics such as race and decolonisation within the international development sector. The open discussion allowed us to address underlying issues and concerns that had previously caused division within our team.
Reena and Jen created a safe and respectful environment, enabling everyone to express their views candidly. Their facilitation skills were exceptional, guiding the conversation with empathy and professionalism. As a result, our team, which initially faced challenges in alignment, was able to find common ground and begin working collaboratively towards an organisational rebrand. We are grateful for Reena and Jen’s expertise and would highly recommend their mediation”
